Smith Bespoke requires payment in FULL at the time of purchase. Client acknowledges that any custom orders are produced specifically for the client, and therefore ALL custom orders are FINAL.  Clients have 24 hours from the time of sale to cancel or change orders.


In the event of a fit or quality issue, Smith Bespoke will alter your clothing, and if necessary, the product will be remade to satisfaction. We will only cover costs of alterations if the suit has been custom fit with a trained representative. All standard sized garment alterations are the cost of the customer. If sale of custom clothing is in a Smith Bespoke location, alterations must be made within 30 days of client receiving the clothing. If client lives outside of a Smith Bespoke Location, a maximum $100 credit will be applied to client's next purchase (of $500 or more) to cover alteration costs incurred by client. Alterations outside of Utah also must be done within 30 days of purchase. Receipt for tailoring must be submitted to Smith Bespoke to receive credit.


Due to your unique piece being built specifically for you, we do not offer refunds. If your garment does not fit as a result of a proven factory error, we will work with you to remake that garment at our expense.
If after alteration the clothing is not fitting correctly due to clothier error we will gladly remake the items in question for you and do what we can to make the situation right. ALL remakes are produced in standard production time.
If remake is requested due to customer error (fabric or style choice), we will work on a case by case basis to resolve the issue.
